I graduated from university with a Bachelor of Applied Science. Having worked in the public and environmental health field for over 20 years, I've completed further study in psychotherapy and hypnosis techniques, earning a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy. I am currently expanding my expertise with the Advanced Diploma.

I've had my own personal journey managing chronic pain, anxiety, and depression. The most important tools I've acquired are hypnosis techniques and psychotherapy, which have created a positive, permanent change for me in a completely natural and safe way. The potential of the subconscious mind is limitless.

Hypnosis techniques involve entering a deeply relaxed and focused state. As a clinical hypnotherapist, I guide you into this state using hypnotherapy, which is a form of psychotherapy. This process helps you reduce stress, break unwanted habits, boost confidence, and improve overall wellbeing. Importantly, hypnotherapy is about you being in control. You remain aware and in charge, and you cannot be made to do anything against your will.
Tailored, one-on-one clinical hypnotherapy utilises effective hypnosis techniques and is available both in clinic and online. This collaborative process teaches you to access your subconscious mind, facilitating permanent positive change. It works! I’ve lived with arthritis for many years, and the constant pain affected my daily life. I became interested in hypnotherapy, so I decided to give it a try. The sessions have made an amazing difference! I’ve learned how to manage the pain through these techniques, and I am moving with far more ease. I feel a sense of control over my health. At first, I was skeptical of hypnosis, but Danni has truly changed this perspective for me! I am now able to relax during negative thought patterns and rewind my feelings positively. I wasn't fully convinced that the hypnosis techniques would work, but they did! Now I have a much more positive attitude towards food. I still don't enjoy cooking, but I actually find joy in eating food and dining out at restaurants. Eating food no longer bothers me to the same intensity. Overall, I found the therapy to be definitely worthwhile. You have to put in the work, and if you do, you are going to see results. It didn't work overnight, but over time I noticed a real difference.
We practice mindfulness at school, which sparked my interest in trying hypnotherapy. During the first session, I experienced a really nice change. I felt calm and relaxed. Now, I want to learn more about hypnosis techniques to help me manage my exams.
